      Gastly, Haunter and Gengar - # 92, 93 & 94

I have a soft spot in my heart for these 3 ghosts. I have always liked
Gengar, but through raising a Gastly into a Haunter in my Soul Silver DS
game, the 3 of them have become some of my favorite pokemon. Nothing
can beat the original 3 Ghosties!
I find they are really misunderstood, and I can relate to that.
Can't help but smile when I see my favorite spooks! <3

Jakks Pacific Figure
Jakks is a popular brand in the US -  nowadays its the only toy brand that seems to sell pokemon  plush and figures here. Jakks figures are large, heavy, and built to withstand play. Some are mildly pose-able, and they all come with nifty little stands.
This Gastly was the first of my Ghost collection, and a beautiful one at that - the gas cloud trailing behind it is absolutely gorgeous and well made. This figure is my favorite out of all the other Gastly figures I have seen.

MIP Jakks Pacific Figure
This wonderful figure was sent to me for my birthday from a sweet friend. Most of my ghosties came from her, actually! <3
Being that I already had a Jakks Gastly on display...my boyfriend talked me into keeping this MIP. I usually hate to leave the packaging on any item, but he lives in there...for now. He hangs on my wall with my one other MIP Tomy Luxio and pictures.

Clear Kid Figure
Kid figures are unique, hollowed out , rubbery figures. They are hollowed out to be little finger puppets for the younger age group, thus the name "Kids". Kid figures are numerous, adorable, charming, and addictive. I have more Kid figures then I have any other figure (besides Tomys). They usually come in a few different forms: normal version, updated normal version, attack version and clear version (and a few more if I'm not mistaken). This Gastly Kid just so happens to be clear. :3 Clear versions are highly sought after because...heck, who doesn't love translucent figures?!
That toothy smile is so cute.

This Haunter is just  so adorable, I love everything about it. This picture doesn't show it, but he has shimmery paint on him! I got him in an art trade, made by Tus.
Its sad that this is my only Haunter item, besides a few Trading Cards. :<
Definitely need more Haunter.

Tomy Figure
Tomy figures where once quite popular in the US - these figures where the only ones you could find in any store, back in the day!
Tomys where my first type of pokemon figure, and this Gengar has been with me throughout most of my life. I don't even remember where I got him. Hes heavily "loved", his once red eyes now slightly pink. Hes been through a lot and was my first Gengar figure.
This particular Tomy is odd ....it seems the original version is clear, I have yet to see an opaque original Gengar figure.

Kid Figure
That mischievous smile and round body is so charming!
This is actually the older version of the Gengar Kids figure, its color is quite dark. I felt lucky to nab such a cute figure. I have yet to clean the paint rubs off of him.

Birthday/Christmas Card
This came along with a butt load of figures from that same friend I mentioned earlier, Himitsu. Every time I look at this card, I smile!
So freaking adorable. ;; Shiny gel pen was used on some details, but the flash washed it out.
Also, those Litwick (Hitomoshi) stamps came on the packaging, I had to cut them out and save them, just too cute.

-Other Ghosts: Figures-

Picture
Most of my Ghost collection is made up of Kid figures. I plan to collect least at one of every Ghost type pokemon. I can't wait, this will probably be my largest collection! More will surely be added here soon. My first of this collection? The cute little Dusclops and Spiritomb Kids.
As this collection grows, I will probably give it its own page. But for now, they all share the same space as the original ghosts. :3
